What We Do?

Mediation

If time passes and people stop talking to each other, conflict often escalates. An opportunity to be supported in a discussion of issues at an earlier stage can de-escalate issues and lead to solutions.

Mediation is a process where the people involved, with the assistance of mediators:

The role of the mediator is to assist you and the other participants to have a respectful, even handed discussion and decision making process. Your role is to listen to other points of view, contribute to the discussion and make decisions.

Mediation may be voluntary, court ordered, or required as part of a contract.

We adhere to the Australian National Mediator Standards, which are available here.
